Privacy Policy

Zavorik AI is an AI operating system for companies. This policy explains what we collect when you use it, what we do with it, who else processes it on our behalf, and how to get it deleted. It is written to be checked against the product — if something here does not match what the software does, the software is the bug.
1. Who we are
This service is operated by Rahul Mittal, sole proprietor trading as Zavorik AI, based in Mohali, Punjab, India. For anything in this policy — including a request to see, correct or delete your data — write to info@zavorik.com. A postal address is available on request.
2. What we collect
- Account details — your name, email address, and the phone number you give us if you choose to reach Alex over WhatsApp.
- Workspace content — what you and your team create in the product: chats with Alex and the AI agents, tasks, documents, goals, calendar entries, and the notes and files you upload.
- Data from services you connect — only from the accounts you explicitly connect, and only the parts needed for the feature you turned on.
- Candidate data, where you use the hiring features — the applications, résumés and assessments your applicants submit to you. You are the employer and the controller of that data; we process it for you.
- Usage and diagnostic logs — what failed and when, so we can fix it.
3. Google user data
If you connect a Google account, we request only the scopes the feature needs and use the data only to provide it:
- Google Calendar — to show your meetings in the product, to create the meetings you ask for (including interviews and their video links), and to avoid offering times you are already booked.
- Google Analytics and Search Console, where connected — to report on your own website's performance back to you.
We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalised AI models. Where content is sent to an AI provider to answer something you asked, it is sent under that provider's API terms.
Zavorik AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting Google Calendar in the product revokes our access with Google and deletes the copies of your events we imported. Meetings the product created in your own calendar stay there — other people have already accepted them, and removing them from their diaries is not ours to do.
4. WhatsApp
If you give us your phone number, you can talk to Alex on WhatsApp. We store your number to know who is messaging, and the messages themselves as part of your workspace history. Remove the number in Settings and that route stops. Messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to Meta's own terms.
5. How we use it
To run the product for you: answering what you ask, doing the work you delegate, remembering context between sessions so you do not repeat yourself, and sending you the briefings and alerts you have turned on. We also use aggregated, non-identifying figures to understand which features are worth keeping.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
6. Who processes it for us
These are our sub-processors. Each one receives only what its job requires:
- Supabase — database and file storage
- Clerk — sign-in and account security
- Render — application hosting
- AI providers — xAI, Groq, Google, DeepSeek, Cerebras and Alibaba Cloud, which process the text needed to answer a request
- Pipedream and Composio — connecting the third-party tools you authorise
- Google — Calendar, Analytics, Search Console and Ads, where connected
- Meta — WhatsApp message delivery
- Slack — where you connect a workspace
- Tavily — web search when an agent needs to look something up
7. How long we keep it
Workspace content is kept while your account is open. Delete your workspace and it goes with it.
Candidate data has its own clock, because it belongs to someone who does not work for you. Applications are erased once your retention period passes, and an applicant can ask for erasure at any time. What survives an erasure is an anonymous record of the stage they reached and the scores they were given — with no name, no contact details and no résumé — so that fairness reporting published earlier does not silently change afterwards.
8. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@zavorik.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to complain to your data protection authority. We answer within 30 days.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to third-party accounts is by revocable tokens, held per workspace and never shared between them. Inside the product, what someone can see and do is governed by their role.
10. Children
Zavorik AI is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will say so in the product before it takes effect rather than quietly changing the date at the top.
12. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab.
