Terms of Service

Last updated 7 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Zavorik AI. By creating a workspace you agree to them. They are written to be read once, not skimmed forever.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Zavorik AI is operated by Rahul Mittal, sole proprietor trading as Zavorik AI, based in Mohali, Punjab, India. Questions about these terms go to info@zavorik.com.

2. What the service is

Zavorik AI gives you a workspace of AI agents that do work alongside your team — drafting, researching, coordinating, and acting in the third-party tools you connect. You direct them; they do not act outside what you have set up and authorised.

3. Your account

You are responsible for who you let into your workspace and for what they do there. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think an account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Zavorik AI to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else do so
  • send spam, or contact people who have asked not to be contacted
  • impersonate a real person or organisation
  • publish content you have no right to publish
  • discriminate unlawfully in hiring, or advertise roles that are not lawful work
  • attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service

5. What an agent's output is

The agents produce drafts, analysis and recommendations. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or professional advice, and they can be wrong — including confidently wrong.

Anything with real consequences — money spent, something published, an offer made, a person hired — passes through an approval you control. Approving it is your decision and your responsibility. Review before you approve; that gate exists because it is the right place for a human, not as a formality.

6. Your data and your content

What you put in stays yours. We use it to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your workspace content to train generalised AI models.

Output produced for you in your workspace is yours to use. Note that AI-generated material may not be protectable by copyright in some countries, and that similar output can be produced for someone else.

7. Hiring features — you are the employer

If you use Zavorik AI to hire, youare the employer and the controller of your applicants' data. You decide the process, the criteria and every hiring decision. We provide the tooling and process what you ask us to on your behalf.

You are responsible for complying with the employment and data protection law that applies to you — which in several places includes telling applicants when automated screening is used, and keeping records of how decisions were made. The product surfaces those disclosures and keeps those records; using them is your obligation, not ours.

8. Third-party services

When you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, WhatsApp, an ad platform or anything else, that service's own terms apply to it, and it may change or withdraw access at any time. We are not responsible for what a third party does with an account you connected to it.

9. Fees

Paid plans and their prices are as set out at the time you subscribe. Third-party costs you incur through the product — ad spend, message fees, a paid external agent — are yours, and are billed by whoever charges them.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features change as the product develops; where a change removes something you depend on, we will say so rather than let you find out.

11. Ending it

You can stop using Zavorik AI and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks section 4 or puts the service or other customers at risk. On termination, your data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy.

12. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
